WINSTED, CT – November 18, 2021 – During the upcoming Spring 2022 semester, which begins on January 21,2022, the Ansell School of Business at Western Connecticut State University (WCSU) will offer MGT 376: Managing People, on the Northwestern Connecticut Community College campus.  The presentation of this course on the NCCC campus maintains an initiative WCSU@Northwestern, that was launched in 2019, between WCSU and NCCC, which affords WCSU Business students who reside in Northwestern’s geographic area, an opportunity to attend upper-level courses at NCCC without having to commute to Danbury.

MGT 376: Managing People, will view managing as a set of processes focusing on the manager, those managed, and the work they do.  The roles, skills, competencies, ethics and knowledge used by managers are emphasized. This course will be taught by Dr. Pauline Assenza, and will meet on Mondays from 6:30 pm – 9:30 pm.
