6 Steps to Sustainable Growth

 

WINSTED, CT – March 3, 2022 – The Entrepreneurial Center at Northwestern Connecticut Community College is pleased to announce its next Small Business Seminar6 Steps to Sustainable Growth. The event, presented by Northwest Startup in partnership with The Norfolk Hub, Northwest Hills Council of Governments (COG), and SCORE, will take place on March 30, 2022, from 5:30-8:30pm at the Norfolk Hub – 2 Station Place, Norfolk, CT 06058.

This seminar will help small businesses that are experiencing either rapid growth or slowing growth after Covid-19, by helping entrepreneurs develop a fresh perspective on their business growth strategy. Attendees will gain tools to help master their time, define their market, differentiate their business from competitors, adjust sales pipelines for better value, increase productivity, and find employees to help fuel growth. In addition to learning methodologies, a robust group Q&A will afford small business owners and entrepreneurs the chance to address their most significant business challenges with the instructor and their peer group.

The Seminar will be taught by David Olchowski, a small business mentor with 15 plus years of experience in executive leadership roles, where he helped businesses mentor their talent, build great teams, and deliver bottom-line results.
