Winsted, CT- Northwestern Connecticut Community College will offer a no-cost two-week manufacturing skills training opportunity to qualified applicants December 3 to December 17, 2020. The program is sponsored by Dymax Corporation and will be conducted online.

Anyone interested in applying for this opportunity is required to complete an online application for consideration into the training program and must have a current resume.  Students completing the training program will have the opportunity for a virtual interview with Dymax Corporation for positions available. The evening classes will include instruction in Computer Basics, Manufacturing Math, OSHA 10, and interviewing skills.

Tentative Schedule: 

Computer Basics: December 3; 5 to 8 p.m.
Manufacturing Math: December 7; 5 to 8 p.m.
Interviewing Skills: December 9; 5 to 7 p.m.
OSHA 10: December 10 and December 14 through 17; 5 to 7 p.m.
Dymax Interview: TBD
