Club Budget Request Forms
Starting in Fall of 2023, Clubs will make requests for an allocation of funds from the Student Senate on a rolling basis, rather than one large budget submission per semester. Club Account Financial Request Form-
Club Treasurers must turn this form in two weeks prior to the event or the date the expenses or items must be obtained by. Forms should be brought to the Office of Student Activities located in Greenwoods Hall, room 110.
