Student Employment Payroll Documents

Listed below, are each of the documents needed to receive an employee ID. Once these forms are complete, they must be submitted to Human Resources, located at 46 Park Place East, Winsted, CT. 06098.

If you are experiencing issues or having trouble accessing these forms, please contact Shoshannah Henry at 860.738.6405 or shenry@nwcc.edu. You can also stop by the Financial Aid Office in Greenwoods Hall, Room 224 to pick up a payroll document packet.

Once you are hired:

Within the first two weeks of employment, your supervisor will provide you with your employee ID number. Every two weeks, students are required to submit their time sheets for hours worked within each pay period. Time sheets must be completed online via Core-CT. Supervisors must approve time sheets by the appropriate deadlines.
