Guest speaker Dr. Lucianne Lavin, Director of Research and Collections at the Institute for American Indian Studies, will present “Native American Communities and Cultures in the Northwest Corner", a discussion on Connecticut’s indigenous people.
Located in Washington, Connecticut, the Institute for American Indian Studies preserves and educates through discovery and creativity the diverse traditions, vitality and knowledge of Native American cultures.
